IPG ITA Integra Takes 2nd Place at 3 Hour Enduro

The IPGParts.com race team travelled to Palm Beach Intl Raceway this past weekend for the finale of the Tropical Endurance Series (November 12-13th, 2011). Coming into the final race 4th place in points a good finish was crucial for the team to move into the top 3 points earners for the 2011 season. Since we started racing the ITA Integra we have consistently had braking issues. A cooling setup was on the to do list for quite some time and we finally got around to getting a nice setup done on it. All design and fabrication was done by Russell McMullen for us who also happens to be co-driving the car. The IPG Racing Team traveled to Englishtown, New Jersey this past weekend for the 2011 Fall Nationals and more specifically to compete in the All Motor Shootout with the newly finished car. The IPG All Motor Civic Reincarnation is still freshly completed and with only a handfull of passes the trip was sure to be one filled with a steep learning curve. We just got the Integra RS Project car back from fabrication. John Ferguson took care of the fab work at Double D Tuning, here is a list of what was accomplished. Intercooler Pipes created 3" Downpipe made wastegate dumptube made intercooler mounted upper water neck on radiator relocated for easier use 3" exhaust made We are getting close to the end on this one.
