We had our recently completed Integra RS project out to the drag strip last Friday night at the Orlando Speedworld Dragway for some initial testing. We decided to put some MT 22" x 8" x 15" ET Drag Slicks on it since they are a similar size to the street tires that we are running so we can avoid changing the ride height for the various racing activities we want to be able to enjoy with the car. After a couple of years hiatus the 2006 NHRA East Coast Sport FWD Championship Car is Back !!! We plan on debuting it this upcoming weekend at the December 4th, 2011 NSCRA Event in West Palm Beach, Florida. Basically running the same setup we always have. 84mm B18c1 Engine, Full Race Turbo Manifold Setup, 6765 Journal Bearing Turbo, Motec M800, Stock Gear set for now. Over this past weekend I was reading S3 magazine. I think this was actually one of the first times that I actually sat down and read this particular magazine cover to cover and it was quite enjoyable. I did get to one part that irked me a good bit, Skunk2's new ad for their Billet Vtec Solenoid. The ad's text goes into a tangent on how Skunk2's products continue to get knocked off, copied, etc, etc. Blasting these so called "copycat" companies and trying to set Skunk2 up on a pedestal.
