We have had this little project kicking around the shop for some time now and we work on it here and there as we get time.
This started life as a bone stock 1973 Honda CB350f Motorcycle.
We purchased it in okay running condition with the goal of building your basic cafe racer out of it. Using it as a test bed and example of some of our powder coating capabilities.
This is how it looked as we purchased it, not in bad condition at all:
We stripped the bike down pretty well and started coating items and ordering in some new pieces here and there. This is the current state of the project. We still need to make a custom mount for the battery, do all the wiring, put the new air filters on and probably check out the carbs a bit to get it back up and running. We will continue to work on it as we have time and hopefully should get it knocked out in the next couple of months
modifications includes:
clubman style handlebars
custom rear LED taillight
powder coated front and rear fenders
custom powder coated wheels
airbrushed fuel tank
lamin-x headlight cover
custom cafe racer style seat
