One main stay at IPG since the inception of the company is the 1992 Honda Civic VX Turbo B Series Race Car. Owned since 2002 and a dedicated race car since 2005 this car has won numerous events, a championship and gone through quite a few different setups. Always staying the path of a B Series Turbo powerplant but various Turbochargers and Transmissions have been mated depending on the event or class of the moment. Most recently the car was setup for the True Street category with a Borg Warner 67mm Turbo on it and a GForce transmission where it ran as quick as 8.84 @ 170mph. The new version has brought a more modest street car setup that is designed for ease of use and low maintenance fun. The first night out with James Innes handling the driving duties the car ran a 10.11 @ 143mph at Orlando Speedworld. This was on a modest boost level with the engine making around 600hp or so using VP C16 fuel. Keeping the power level under 650'ish seems to be the right range to keep the OEM Transmissions happy so that will be the plan for the time being.
